A web page or a remote file can be downloaded by using wget, as follows:

$ wget URL

For example:

$ wget http://slynux.org --2010-08-01 07:51:20-- http://slynux.org/ Resolving slynux.org... 174.37.207.60 Connecting to slynux.org|174.37.207.60|:80... connected. It is also possible to specify multiple download URLs, as follows:

$ wget URL1 URL2 URL3 ..
